China

Travel photos

Though it is one of the richest and oldest cultures in the world, China is still un-explored. I never thought I would visit China until the year 2009, I was fortunate to travel there with my class. We spent six weeks traveling, that was clearly not enough. Since that time I have spent many months in the country. Traveling, studying and working. The country is full of beautiful landscape and scenery, however the true spirit of the country lies with the people, culture and history. In this project you can see some of the photos I captured during my visits to the country.

Egypt stands for some of the most noteworthy monuments from ancient times. It is only years ago since we actually understood how the ancient egyptians managed to build the pyramids. Besides the pyramids, the country holds an abundance of scenic, historical and adventerous stories. Some best told through a lens. I traveled here before the Arabic spring, winter 2010, and enjoyed four weeks in the country.

Travel photos

I do enjoy traveling to other parts of the world, but Norway is always going to be home. Some years ago I made a coincience desision to start exploring more of Norway. The challenge with the country is that every scene requires a lot of preparations, the roads are winding, and you often need days on in the field before the perfect shot is possible. Though, over time, there are many beautiful moments to capture, this projects summarizes only a few of those. Hope you enjoy them.
